Philip Juanes

As Home Equity & Consumer Lender, Philip is dedicated to helping customers find lending solutions that fit their needs. Consumer and home equity lending is his true passion, and he takes pride in making the process clear and approachable.

Philip began his banking career as a Branch Relationship Manager, where he built strong connections with the community and represented the bank at local events. In 2019, he became a Mortgage Loan Originator in the Keene area, originating mortgages and refinances before discovering his enthusiasm for home equity and consumer lending. His experience includes FHA and portfolio products, giving him the tools to serve a wide range of customers.

Philip earned his Associate of Science in Recording Arts from Full Sail University. He is excited to return to lending with CSB, where he looks forward to helping customers achieve their goals and continuing to build strong relationships across the communities he serves.
